4gifts.from.god posted about times when her children are both bad and good and suggested that we share our victories and triumphs. I think it is a great idea and we've set up this area just for that!
What little (or big) victories have you had? Share them here.

When my son called me mom for the first time, without prompting. Since I was his foster mom for 2 years and 8 months, he had gotten used to calling me by my first name. He still doesn't call me mom all the time, but every once in a while he will.
When my daughter actually told her cousin (my great niece) that she had to go fold her clothes since I had asked her (just once mind you) to do it lol. Putting away her clothes and keeping her room clean seem to be an ongoing battle.
Heh, I know the room cleaning/clothes folding schtick very well!
Being called "Mom" or "Dad" is pretty special.
