I just realized I had not introduced myself. I adopted a little girl about 4 years ago. It's been up and down quite a bit. We do not know the full extent of the abuse/neglect that was experienced, but we live with the result daily. Usually the issues pop up with defiant behavior. It's hard to tell when it will happen though as it seems that things she has done without complaint yesterday, she will be defiant about today. I'm hoping to find other approaches to try.
