Hello everyone! Can't tell you how excited DH and I were when we found this group! We have just finalized our adoption of 2 beautiful girls 8 and 10. Our girls have been in and out of care most of their young lives. They have seen and heard things the rest of us would never dream of! To say that we "get" it says alot.....and it also says just how much others do NOT "get" it! We are hoping to learn from others here and establish some friends who share our goals of raising healthy (mentally and emotionally) happy well adjusted children!
