My kid uses Concerta during the day. The medication affects her appetite a lunch time. At school, we find out, she's been tossing her sandwich in the trash and just eating a snack (like pretzels) at snack time. She will drink juice only at actual lunch time. On weekends, it ends up being a bit of a challenge getting her to eat. Lunch-time can end up taking two or more hours to just get a tiny bit of food into her.
